These are a memento for an aficionado of Roman history. Roman glass production is said to have peaked in the 2nd century AD and the beads sold today likely come from repurposed remnant cups and vases. The colors remind me of the Mediterranean Sea, muted blues and greens, as pictured. The price and quality are top notch. I want at least 3 more strands.
